Refund policy

Damaged or Defective Order? If your order arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered. Just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.

Time Frame for Returns: Changed your mind? No problem! You have 14 days from the date of delivery to decide if your item is a keeper.

Condition of Returned Items:

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original, unused, and undamaged condition, and returned in their original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to ensure safe transit.

Please note:

  • We cannot issue refunds for items that are returned to us with damage such as bent corners, creases, scratches, or any signs of use.
  • We recommend using sturdy packaging and tracked shipping when sending back your order, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged during return shipping.

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to decline the refund.

Return Shipping Costs: A little heads-up! While we'd love to make everything as magical as possible, returns aren't free. If you need to send an item back, the journey home is on you. You'll be responsible for any return shipping costs. Pack it up, send it off, and we'll take it from there!
